Abstract Head of regional administration decrees to validate the Regulation on formal acceptance, transportation and trade of aquatic biodiversity (Annex 1), to validate the Regulation on the modalities of issuing special way-bills for transportation and trade of aquatic biodiversity (Annex 2) and to validate the form of special way-bill for transportation and trade of aquatic biodiversity (Annex 3). Regulation on formal acceptance, transportation and trade of aquatic biodiversity is compulsory and applicable to all legal and natural persons engaged in industrial fisheries and to organizations carrying out catch of aquatic biodiversity for scientific research and control purposes for valuation of fish stocks and determination of total allowable catch. Documents confirming legality of catch of aquatic biodiversity are fishing licences and licences for industrial fisheries issued by regional fishing inspection. Documents confirming legality of transportation and trade of aquatic biodiversity are special way-bill for transportation and trade of aquatic biodiversity, quality certificate, compliance certificate, veterinary registration certificate for the type of activity. Regulation on the modalities of issuing special way-bills for transportation and trade of aquatic biodiversity is applicable to fishing organizations that have stationary fish acceptance stations equipped in accordance with sanitary, veterinary and technological norms and registered by regional administration. The aforesaid organizations must forward in advance (2 months before the beginning of fishing) application for the necessary number of forms of way-bills and forms for trade of aquatic biodiversity.
