This Regional Decree enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Protected area of regional significance tourism and recreational area "Krasnoselskoye" is to preserve biocenosis, represented by floodplain ecosystems of the Gorky reservoir, performing sanitary-protective function, as well as a unique natural and anthropogenic landscapes with a high potential for use in tourism and recreational purposes. Protected area of regional significance tourism and recreational area "Krasnoselskoye" performs the following tasks: (a) conservation of forest and meadow communities of natural origin; (b) preservation of the natural-anthropogenic landscape; (c) maintenance of the territory that performs the sanitary-protective function of the Gorky reservoir; and (d) preservation and development of the territory of tourist and recreational destination. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of protected area of regional significance tourism and recreational area "Krasnoselskoye" are prohibited the following activities: (a) clear cutting, tapping of forest plantations; (b) burial of industrial and household waste; and (c) industrial construction, not related to the organization and operation of a tourist and recreational location.
