Abstract

This Regional Decree amends and re-publishes the Underwater Archaeological Park of the Bay of Angra on Terceira Island. Amendments deal with the limits of Underwater Archaeological Park are the coastline between Lighthouse Point, south of Mount Brazil and the bay of Waters, east of the San Sebastian Fortress, with 38 ° 38.531 coordinates 'N, 027 ° 13.065' W. and 38 ° 39.196 'N, 027 ° 12.039' W. and an imaginary straight line between them, as attached. it states that it is not allowed to anchor boats, buoys or other arrangements in the area adjacent to the Monte Brazil, to the removal of 1/10 nautical mile, or 185 meters, to the east of it and from Lighthouse Point to the Pier Figueirinha, and in the Bay of Prainha, between the elevations of 0 and -10 meters.
