Hunting permit shall be the document attesting the right to hunting. Hunter must observe rates and quotas of hunting, and also the established hunting seasons. Hunter must return hunting permit specifying the outcome of hunting after hunting to the issuing authority. Capture and captive breeding of wild animals without special authorization by the authorized state wildlife institution shall be prohibited. The following shall be prohibited: (a) hunting without hunting permit; (b) hunting of prohibited species; (c) hunting outside established hunting seasons; and (d) hunting in prohibited areas.
