This Regional Decree enters into force after 5 days from publication.
Abstract

This Regional Decree creates 10 hunting areas within the Island of São Miguel and protects quail species. It consists of 3 articles and 1 annex establishing authorized hunting areas within the aforesaid island and prohibiting all activity which may disturb or injure quail species health. Annex specifies geographical limits of these areas.
