Underwater hunting (spearfishing) shall be classified as a form of artisanal fishing and shall be authorized without the use of self contained breathing apparatus in the authorized fishing areas. This Regional Decree shall be applicable either to marine fisheries or to inland fisheries. Total allowable daily catch per fisherman of precious fish species shall be 7.5 kg, codfish, pike and roach – 15 kg, perch, burbot and ruff – unlimited quantity.
