Regional Decree No. 145-pa “On provision with complete nutrition of pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under three years of age in accordance with medical certificate".

This Regional Decree establishes that complete nutrition shall be intended use of special dairy products for nutrition of children less than three years of age. Special nutrition shall be intended particular foodstuffs for pregnant and breastfeeding women allowing them to receive basic part of micronutrients in optimal composition for fetal development and stable lactation. This Regional Decree establishes monthly special nutrition for pregnant women until childbirth and monthly special nutrition for breastfeeding women until completion of six month of age by child. The expenditure for special nutrition of pregnant and breastfeeding women shall be covered by regional budget. Distribution of nutrition free of charge and infant food shall be performed through the network of special nutritional points. The list of recommended foodstuffs includes milk and dairy products, hard cheese, fresh fruits and fruit juices.
