Abstract Code of conscientious land user, in order to ensure control over the targeted and rational use of agricultural land owned by the regional administration, in ways that ensure the preservation and increase of soil fertility, high economic efficiency of agriculture, as well as in order to form a consistently high level of land use among land users, respectful and careful attitude to land. In accordance with the Code of conscientious land user every land user on the regional territory must ensure: (a) identification of all fields by stands approved by the authorized by the competent authorized regional state institution; (b) the absence of weed-field vegetation in the field is not higher than 1 point; (c) withdrawal from economic management and sowing with perennial grasses of land plots within which are located objects of cultural heritage (barrow monuments and Scythian burials); (d) the cleanliness of the field protection strips adjacent to the field site, from dead wood, overgrowth and debris; and (e) whitewashing trunks to a height of one meter of the first roadside row of trees adjacent to public roads.
