This Regional Decree shall enter into force 30 days after publication.
Abstract

This Regional Decree establishes the legal regime for the protection of Azorian forestry natural heritage. It consists of 4 chapters defining the sectors for which this Regional Decree shall apply and establishing protective measures for forest protection and requirements to be met in order to exploit the forests or perform any activity within the forestry protected areas. This Regional Decree is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap 1); Licensing for performing any forestry activity (2); Offence and penalties (3); Final provisions (4)
