Abstract

This Regional Decree establishes that hunting shall authorized with hunting permit issued by the authorized state wildlife institution. Regional hunting grounds shall be classified as: (a) allotted to hunting managers for organization of hunting and hunting management; (b) common use hunting grounds; and (c) prohibited hunting areas. Wild fauna species shall be exclusive state property. Hunting can be restricted, suspended of completely banned with prior 10-day warning to the population. Hunters must observe hunting seasons and rates of game specified in hunting permit. This Regional Decree lists prohibited hunting gear and prohibited hunting methods.
