This Regional Decree enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Regional Decree approves the Statutes of the Regional Secretary of Environment ('SRA'). It consists of 4 articles and 2 annexes establishing the composition, duties and competencies of the aforementioned authority entitled to carry out a regional management programme within environmental sector. Regional Secretary of Environment is the competent institution to carry out land use planning study (within urban and agricultural lands, water resources, biodiversity and wildlife conservation).
