Artisanal fishing in the waterbodies allocated to legal and natural persons for the organization of fishfarming enterprises and aquaculture shall be carried out in accordance with fishing authorization and fishing permits free of charge or for fee issued by the owner or manager of the aforesaid waterbodies. Authorized fishing gear shall be fishing gear with fishhooks and crayfish traps. Total allowable daily catch shall be unlimited for all fish species, except for prohibited fishing species, and limited to 30 pieces applicable to particularly precious fish species of grayling. Total allowable daily catch of crayfish shall be 50 pieces. Fishing of rare and numerically few fish species such as lax, silver carp and grass carp shall be subject to compulsory licensing.
