The following activities shall be prohibited in the reserve: (a) all types of forest felling, except for sanitary felling, maintenance felling, other felling for the arrangement and maintenance of ski trails and other sports and recreation facilities; (b) destruction and damage of trees and bushes, except for cases of sanitary felling, thinning, other felling for the arrangement and maintenance of ski trails and other sports and recreation facilities; (c) collection of plants for bouquets; (d) passage and parking of vehicles outside the roads and places designated for these purposes; (e) making fires and arranging picnics outside the designated areas; (f) construction of residential, industrial and other structures, except for structures related to the improvement of a natural monument and the maintenance of sports and recreation facilities; (g) plowing of land and destruction of soil cover; (h) all types of drainage, reclamation and other activities leading to a change in the hydrological regime; and (i) littering of the territory, storage and disposal of any waste. The following activities shall be authorized in the reserve: (a) excursions and ecological tourism; (b) sports and recreational activities; (c) conducting field studies with students and schoolchildren; (c) recreational fishing; (d) conducting scientific research and activities aimed at maintaining biological diversity; and (e) other types of activities that do not harm natural complexes and objects of the natural monument.
