Regional Decree No. 1003-p validating reference indicators necessary for calculating losses caused to small indigenous peoples, associations of small indigenous peoples living on the territory of the Taimyrsky Dolgano-Nenetsky municipal district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as a result of economic and other activities of organizations of all forms of ownership and natural persons in places of traditional residence and traditional economic activities of small indigenous peoples.

This Regional Decree enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Decree validates reference indicators necessary for calculating losses caused to small indigenous peoples, associations of small indigenous peoples living on the territory of the Taimyrsky Dolgano-Nenetsky municipal district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as a result of economic and other activities of organizations of all forms of ownership and natural persons in places of traditional residence and traditional economic activities of small indigenous peoples. In particular, it estimates presumed losses caused to reindeer pastures, traditional hunting (including wild fauna species and birds), collection of edible and medicinal plants, berries and traditional inland fisheries.
