Abstract The Abruzzo Region encourages the promotion and improvement of its mountain territories and allocates financial resources for the development of mountain areas. This Act, which is divided into five Titles, shall apply to the territories of the Communes entirely or partially falling within the Mountain Communities arranged by Regional Act No. 92 of 6 December 1994.
