Abstract

The present Act is aimed at the protection and preservation of flora within the Marche Region. To this end, the felling of the tree species referred to in article 1 without prior issuance of the authorization required therein shall be prohibited. Such prohibition comprises all types of cutting, extirpation and uprooting. Article 3 regards with detail the authorization above-mentioned. Article 5 applies to woods. The penalties laid down in article 7 shall be applied in case of infringement. A Commission for Nature Protection shall be established under each Commune as per article 10.
