Article 2 provides for the setting up of the Regional Apiculture Counsel, which shall be in charge of the effective enforcement of these provisions. The Region shall grant subsidies intended for the purchase of bee hives and apiculture machines, pollination services, production of selected queen bees, sanitary treatments (art. 3). Further provisions regard sanitary interventions as well as minimum distances among apiaries (art. 6 to 10). In case of infringement, the penalties laid down in article 13 shall be applied.
