The collection of mushrooms is allowed in woods and on non cultivated land upon the issuing of an authorization. The authorization is personal, renewable and valid within the Region. The collection is authorized all week long, but each person may not collect more than 3 Kilos of mushrooms. Professional collectors may collect 15 Kilos of mushrooms per day. Article 4 sets out limitation of catch for certain type of mushrooms and Article 6 provides for areas where mushroom collection is prohibited. Article 7 provides for scientific collection and Article 8 for collection on mountains. Checks will be performed and sanctions applied in case of infractions to this Act.
