Abstract

This Act regulates the collection and the marketing of mushrooms. The collection of mushrooms is allowed in woods and on non cultivated land upon the issuing of an authorization. The authorization is personal, renewable and valid within the Region. The collection is authorized all week long, but each person may not collect more than 3 Kilos of mushrooms.
