Abstract This Regional Act establishes the rules that shall govern movements of ovine and caprine animals for grazing purposes within the regional territory, with a view to preventing the spread of diseases. Grazing shall be permitted only on private lands clearly delimited and identifiable, and upon sanitary authorization. Further provisions regard the identification of animals (art. 3), sanitary conditions (art. 4), the documentation required (art. 5) and administrative sanctions (art. 6). Full text Italian
