Abstract: This Regional Act lays down amendments and addenda to Regional Act No. 48 of 1987 as follows: article 23 is supplemented; article 25 is replaced; articles 30, 33 and 38 are amended; article 41 is replaced. New provisions concern the payment of a fee by holders of the permits and concessions referred to in Regional Act No. 48 of 1987.
