The Regional Act consists of fourteen articles. Article 2 sets out the criteria intended to determine lands insufficiently cultivated falling within the regional territory. The Regional Council shall establish which zones are to be considered abandoned or uncultivated, taking into account the safeguarding of hydrogelogical balances and environmental protection requirements.
