Regional Act No. 32 making rules on the establishment and the functioning of the Regional Agency for the Prevention and the Protection of the Environment in Veneto (ARPAV).

This Act has been enacted by the Veneto Region to set up a special agency which shall operate in the environmental protection field. The Regional Agency for the Prevention and the Protection of the Environment in Veneto (ARPAV) hereby established shall perform advisory, technical and scientific functions for the purposes of preserving and, where necessary, restoring the environment, as well as protecting public health.
