The Regional Act deals in particular with the issue of concessions for the exploitation of mineral and spring waters and further sets out provisions in the field of energy production. Articles 7-9 lay down the penalties to be applied in case of infringement of provisions concerning the exploitation of public waters. Moreover, this Act amends: (i) articles 3 and 10 of Regional Act No. 24 of 2007 on the protection of spontaneous mushrooms; and (ii) article 3 of Regional Act No. 60 of 1995 setting up the Regional Agency of Environmental Protection.
