Abstract

The Emila-Romagna Region promotes agricultural products and foodstuffs obtained through techniques compatible with the protection of the environment and of consumers' health. For this purpose, the Region provides for the adoption of a certificating mark to be granted to enterprises complying with disciplinary processing standards.
