Regional Act No. 27 setting up the Regional Park of the Delta of the River Po

The Regional Park of the Delta of the River Po is hereby established for the purposes of promoting, on a uniform and coordinated basis, the conservation of the natural environment of the area, giving particular regard to wetlands of international importance. The boundaries of the park are defined by the cartographies attached to the Act. The objectives to be attained and related instruments shall be determined in the Regional Territorial Plan to be adopted in accordance with article 3. Article 5 concerns the adoption, in the form of consortium, of the entity in charge of the management of the park.
