Regional Act No. 24 setting up the Entity of Forests of Sardinia, suppressing the Company of Forests of the Domain of Sardinia Region and laying down rules on regional interventions planning in matter of forestry.

The Sardinia Region shall carry out interventions in the forestry sector on the basis of, on the one hand, the General Afforestation Plan and, on the other hand, implementation programmes to be approved by the Regional Council (art. 1).
