Abstract

This Act regulates the collection and the marketing of mushrooms and its purpose is the protection of mushrooms, the preservation of their ecological development, the direct management of this resource and the protection of public health. The collection of mushrooms is allowed in all day long, but each person may not collect more than 3 Kilos of mushrooms and on non cultivated land upon the issuing of an authorization. The authorization is personal, renewable and valid within the Region. Further the Act provides for scientific collection and hygienic checks to be performed on mushrooms (20 Articles)
