The Institute shall provide for the continuous updating of professional formative courses and for the performance of suitable analysis, as well. The Institute shall be managed by the Region, on the one hand, and by territorial local entities and floriculturists' associations, on the other hand (art. 2). The Institute consists of the following organisms: (a) the Assembly (arts. 4 and 5); (b) the President (art. 6); (c) the Technical Committee (arts. 7 and 8). The Institute shall be subject to controls to be carried out by the Regional Council, as provided for in article 10. Article 14 regulates the content of the Institute's Statute.
