Abstract

In compliance with Part III of Legislative Decree No. 152 approving the Code on the Environment, there are hereby laid down at the regional level provisions for the protection of waters against pollution and management of water resources. A special plan for the protection of waters shall be implemented. Article 22 sets out the penalties to be applied in case of infringement.
