Titles II, II and IV of this Regional Act contain the provisions of the mentioned sub-national agreement. Article 3 provides for the establishment of a Permanent Committee. Title II concerns the lake domain, which shall be used in compliance with the uniform criteria to be approved by the competent entities (art. 6). New harbours may be created only upon concession granted by the competent entities, as per article 10. Title III regards navigation and recreational waters uses (such as bathing and water sports). Articles 12-14 specify the areas where navigation is permitted as well as vessels which are allowed. In particular, article 14 sets forth some restrictions to certain types of vessels.
