Abstract

This Regional Act sets out the derogation regime envisaged by article 9 of Directive 79/409/EEC in matter of conservation of wild birds. The Annex attached to this Act specifies the bird species that may be hunted, as well as the related total allowable catch (per day and per hunting season). Only the gear referred to in article 13 of Act No. 157 of 1992 may be used.
