The Plan is composed of the following documents: (1) implementing regulation; and (2) cartographies defining the boundaries of (i) the Alpine wildlife zone, (ii) Territorial Hunting Areas and (iii) protection oasis, repopulation and capture zones, public centres for wildlife reproduction. The Plan, which is attached to the Act, is divided into two Parts. Part I lays down the model for the Statute of Territorial Hunting Areas, makes rules applicable to hunting activities (gear and methods allowed, days during which hunting shall be permitted), defines the modalities for setting up the managing committees of Territorial Hunting Areas and Alpine Districts.
