The amendments regard, firstly, the institutional framework relevant to the implementation of the mentioned Act. Article 9 on advisory bodies is replaced by the text contained in article 1 (2) of this Act. Articles 9 bis and 9 ter, concerning the Regional Advisory Body on Hunting and the Provincial Advisory Bodies respectively, are added. Further, article 12 is supplemented by inserting paragraph 4 bis, which establishes that protection oasis may be turned into regional parks. Further amendments deal with the setting up of centres intended for wildlife reproduction, hunting permits and related fees. Article 27, paragraph 1 (c), listing out the species which may be hunted, is replaced by the text laid down in article 1 (25) hereto.
