Abstract

This Act concerns the transfer to the regional authority of functions related to the management of the integrated water service and the waste management service, pursuant to the Code on the Environment established at the national level. Further the Regional Act repeals articles 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 e 9 of Regional Act No. 81 of 1995 on water resources.
