Abstract

This Act regulates the collection and the marketing of mushrooms. The collection of mushrooms is allowed in woods and on non cultivated land upon the issuing of an authorization. The authorization is personal, renewable and valid within the Region. The collection is authorized all week long, but each person may not collect more than 3 Kilos of mushrooms per day with the exception of mushrooms that weight alone three kilos. Professional collectors may collect mushrooms in specific areas and without the quantity and time limit. Associations and cooperatives may obtain a special permit for the collection of mushrooms. Only authorized people may market mushrooms and the shall have a sanitary label and respect the national provisions on labelling. (27 Articles)
