Abstract

These provisions set out the legislative framework governing the rehabilitation of polluted sites of regional interest (which are defined under article 3). The regional authority is in charge of the adoption of the regional plan on rehabilitation of polluted sites (art. 4); articles 5 and 6 define the functions of the Provinces and Municipalities in this field.
