Abstract

This Act grants regulation-making powers to the Minister as to the use by the public of any public recreation ground or pasture, as to the times during which, and the terms and conditions under which, persons, horses, and carriages and other vehicles, cattle and other animals may be admitted to any such ground or pasture. The Act also defines offences and provides for enforcement measures.
