Abstract

This Act provides with respect to the liquidation of the Reconstruction and Development Corporation established by section 1 of the Reconstruction and Development Corporation Act, 1981. The liquidator, appointed by the Minister under this Act, shall, among other things, dispose of all immovable assets of the Corporation.
