Abstract

These Recommendations have been elaborated by the Russian Centre of Testing and Certification (ROSTEST-MOSCOW) and were validated by the Order of State Committee for Standardization of the Russian Federation. This Document has only recommendatory status. It consists of 3 Chapters and contains 4 Annexes. Chapter I specifies the field of application of these Recommendations. It establishes that the document can be used by juridical persons and single businessmen for the purpose of prevention of the infringement of the obligatory requirements of state standards and certification. Chapter II lays down the general provisions. It specifies that state control and supervision are exercised by inspection and by provisions endorsing the rulings of the inspectors. Chapter III establishes the modalities of the expertise of the foodstuff.
