Abstract

These Recommendations have been implemented for the toxicological valuation of spirits and vodkas. Express-method can be used for the valuation of safety standards of spirits, vodkas and special types of vodka in combination with other standards envisaged by GOST (state standard requirements) R 51698-2000 "Vodka and ethyl alcohol. Gas and cromatographical express-method for the exposure of the contents of toxical micro dashes". This method is not applicable for the valuation of safety standards for other types of alcohol products. The Regulation consists of 6 Sections and contains 1 Annex. Section 1 establishes the sphere of application. Section 2 specifies the substance of the method. Section 3 regards the means of measuring, equipment and chemicals. Section 4 deals with the selection and preparation of samples. Section 5 determines the modalities of carrying out experiments. Section 6 concerns the valuation of the results of experiments.
