Abstract This Act stipulates the establishment, management and maintenance of the real estate cadastre, the state border register, the register of spatial units and the register of addresses. The purpose of the Act is to ensure the entry of correct and complete data on real estate, which shows the actual situation in space, and the display of data on the state border, spatial units, addresses and data from other public records, if required. The Real Estate Cadastre, the state border register, the register of spatial units and the register of addresses shall be established and maintained by the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia.
