Abstract

The principal Regulations prohibit, subject to certain exemptions, any boat from fishing for razor shells by means of any type of dredge or suction dredge or retaining on board razor shells caught by any type of dredge or suction dredge, in waters within Dundrum Bay. Regulation 2 amends the family name for razor shells from Solenidae to Solenacea.
