Abstract

The present Ordinance regulates the marketing of raw milk for direct human consumption, and also the related treatment and processing. Article 2 establishes that raw milk shall be delivered solely from the animal keeper to the final consumer. Raw milk shall not be delivered to nursery schools and schools. Raw milk may be sold through vending machines only if it is guaranteed that its hygienic qualities are not affected. The label shall specify that raw milk shall be boiled before consumption. The text consists of 8 articles.
