It provides for the socio-economic development of the country, regulating energy demand and adequate supply, limiting or preventing collateral environmental damages and encouraging a rational and efficient use of enery. Energy sources ruled by the Act are petroleum, coal, heat but not their raw materials or nuclear energy. Full text English
