Abstract

Section 3 prohibits mining for radio-active minerals (defined in the Schedule) except with a license granted by the Minister. Holders of a license shall report to the Commissioner of Geological Surveys and Mines on their operations (sect. 4). Exportation of radioactive materials for Guyana requires a license to be issued under section 6. New discoveries of radioactive materials by persons who do not hold a license shall be reported to the Minister in accordance with section 8. (13 sections completed by a Schedule)
