For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 30 September 2022.
Abstract

The present Regulations implements the Radiation Protection Act protecting both humans and the environment against harmful effects of radiation. In particular, the present Regulation consists of 4 Parts divided into 21 sections as follows: General provisions (1); Registration certificates (2); Protective measures for the use of radiation equipment (3);Transitional, consequential amendments, repeals and expiry (4).
