Abstract These Regulations, consisting of 62 sections divided into 13 Parts and completed by three Schedules, set the provisions for the licensing, registration, accreditation and issue of Certificates of Compliance; preparation and contents of radiation management plans; the dose limits for occupational exposure of persons and for public exposure of persons; the storage in accordance with Disposal Code; the transport and the disposal of radioactive material; licence fees; for the banned radiation sources; registers; etc. Amendments of the Regulations deal with infringement notices (related to Part 12 and schedule 3).
