These Regulations enter into force on 1 June 2006.
Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 62 sections divided into 13 Parts and completed by three Schedules, set the provisions for the licensing, registration, accreditation and issue of Certificates of Compliance; preparation and contents of radiation management plans; the dose limits for occupational exposure of persons and for public exposure of persons; the storage in accordance with Disposal Code; the transport and the disposal of radioactive material; licence fees; for the banned radiation sources; registers; etc. Amendments of the Regulations deal with infringement notices (related to Part 12 and schedule 3). Schedules list new fees; banned radiation sources requirements; etc.
