Abstract

These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 24 of the Radiation Protection Act, concern granting of licences under the Act by the Radiation Protection Authority. The Authority may grant or refuse an application made under section 11(3) or 12(1) of the Act. Where the Authority grants such an application, it shall issue a licence to the applicant in such form as it may approve. No licensee shall continue a practice after his or her licence has expired unless his licence is renewed.
