Radiation Protection Act.

The present Act implements the international Agreement between Switzerland and Liechtenstein on collaboration in radioprotection. In particular, the purpose of the Act is to protect human beings and the environment against ionising radiation. The text consists of 15 articles divided in 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Protection of exposed persons (II); Protection of the population at elevated radioactivity levels (III); Organization and implementation (IV); Legal remedies and procedure (V); Transitional and final provisions (VI).
