Abstract

The Act deals with the usage of radioactive substances and nuclear fuel operated plant and Part VI provides for the disposal of radioactive waste, in terms of its removal, deposit or destruction, and its discharge, whether in the land or water,air or sewer or a drain or otherwise including its burial.
